Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

I'm new and want to know if my team is good enough to beat articuno.(first time)
Charmander level 20(ember,rage,dig,hidden power)
Squirtle level 21(water gun,bubble,secret power,bite
If not high enough level what level should they be?

Good enough, char will do good since arty is ice and ice is weak againts fire, use his ember to beat arty.
