Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

OK, first of all, about how many stars do I need for Pichu to learn Volt Tackle at level 40.Second,Can anyone tell me how to get through all 99 floors of Purity Forest and Wish Cave, like a list of items and Pokemon used? Please respond soon.
