If I am thinging right there is b99 or 25 I don't remember

There is about 30 floors than another 9 and on the 9th floor you fight raquaza

Sky Tower has 25 floors and after those 25 floors there is Sky Tower Summit with 9 floors then you battle Rayquaza.
