How do I unlock Darknight Relic? I've already beaten Kyogre but still don't have access to it. What do I do to unlock it?

Darknight Relic is one of the free Friend Areas. After you beat Articuno (Frosty Forest), Absol will join your party, granting you immediate access to it. At least in Red and Blue Rescue Team and Rescue Team DX.
