How to be a male eevee? I searched for the whole google but I Can't seem to find anything, please tell me how or give me a useful link, thank you

You can't. Eevee are one of the exclusive starter Pokemon, appearing only to naive females. And since no other Pokemon have genders, except for Nidoran, there is no possible way to be a male Eevee.
