Mew can be found on floors 36-98 make sure you have a music box. It is the only item that will allow you to find Mew but not recruit it. Mew has a very low recruitment rate. You can increase your chances of recruiting Mew if your Pokemon leader is above level 90 and has a friend bow. Remember if you lose the music box just battle the three regis again. You don't have to exit the dungeon and reenter

you have to play the music box when you face mew before you fight it.
