How I am everto get a totodile as a starter Pokemon???I always get charmander and cubone!

Instead of answering honestly at the starting try not telling the same thing or not honestly answering.
You might be lucky and get totodile.

U can just lie in the question and hope to get lucky or when you like charmander evovles and finished the games go to waterfall pond or wyvren hill to get a todile thats what I did (better to get to waterfall pond it gives you a lvl 28 todile 2 more levels then feraligatr)
