Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

What would be the best moves for my Cyndaquil ?

My current set-up is: Swift, Flame Wheel, Smokescreen, Quick Attack.


Here's what I'm thinking...

1. Get rid of Smokescreen

2. Maybe replace Swift with Facade

3. Replace Quick Attack with Dig?

4. I want Flamethrower, but I don't know if I should replace Flame Wheel with it. Maybe I could replace something else so I have 2 fire and 2 normal attacks.


Notes:
-I can get every TM, so ANYTHING is acceptable.
-Is it possible to have doubles? (Ex: Flamethrower twice)

TEXT WALL ALERT
-Smokescreen is actually a very good strategy move, so I personally wouldn't get rid of that.
-Depending on how your Atk/Sp.Atk stats look, getting rid of Flame Wheel is pretty iffy. While Flamethrower IS more powerful and has a better range, the PP is greatly reduced and puts you at a disadvantage for dungeons with many floors.
-My teams generally don't have more than two attack moves, so instead of Swift, I would put in a stat reducing or status-causing move such as Attract or Growl to be linked with Smokescreen. This is extremely useful for Boss fights and ensures you the overall advantage, since said Boss would be weakened and disabled for most of the fight.
-As for Quick Attack, I generally have this move on a set whenever possible. It's helpful for most kinds of fights because you are ensured the first hit.
-Doubles are not possible. If they were, I'd be trolling Thunderbolt all over the place.

Overall, Cyndaquil's moveset would look something like this:

Quick Attack
Growl/Attract
-(Linked to above move)Smokescreen
Flame Wheel/Flamethrower

-In addition, any Ginseng you obtain would be used on your Fire-type move because of the Same Type Attack Bonus.
