you need to finish the game then go to wish cash
your wartortle evolves at level 36 and your charmeleon evolves at the same level 36
You need to have beaten the game first before you are able to make your pokemon evolve. Once you do that, your partner will take you to see the newly evolved Granbull and they'll tell you about the chamber with the crystal in it. And soon you'll notice that only one will fit inside the entrance.
But other than that needed thing, the pokemon levels at which they evolve are the same. The first evolution number is 16 and the second 32/36. (I can't remember which at the moment.)

you have to eat the amount of doom seeds of your current lvl. so if your lvl 35, you will eat 35 doom seeds, if ur lvl 99 thats 99 doom seeds, its better off lower lvl to evolve its quicker!!!! unless you want good moves from the current pokemon
First of all you must complete the game, which means beating Rayquaza. Then level up your Wartotle to 36 and the same with Charmeleon . You must then put one of them in their friend areas (you would have both). To do that, you go to the dungeons, the rest deal with itself. Next go to where Whiscash was, go through the hole that was made by Snubull , and then talk to the Crystal. Click no for requirements and then you evolve! You now have a Blastoise and a Charizard !
I am pretty sure they both evolve at level 36
All the starter evolve to the level 16 and 36. I have a blastoise and four other starter.
You have to level up for the requirement ,and then press start and choose team or friend don't rember.... Then choose your partner name and choose standby and then visit them in the friend ares and recruit your partner and interact with him once qgain and choose make leader
