I would use mew or mewtwo, due to the fact that they level up extremely fast. This comes in very handy in wish cave when under attack on higher floors.
I'd go with charizard Mew and mewtwo charizard=good stats
Mew=good movepool
Mewtwo=really good attack and sp attack.
