After you learn about it, go back to your base, your friend will tell you that maybe it would be better if your team can go into dungeons alone. Say yes to his/her proposal and he/she will go to his/her friend area. Then, you will be able to go alone into the cave as long as you tell all friends with you to stand by. You can also become other Pokemon using this information. Just get them on your team, go to their friend area and tell them to come with you. If you talk to them again, you can click "make leader" and you will become them.
