Can some one help me with mew?

I can't get Mew I had a frend bow and the music box do I kill it like when I try to recute regular pokemon?
Please help me

Yes you must kill it but becarful because he uses transfor so look at your messigan and try to kill most Pokemon on the floor for your friend usilly55

I have read somewhere that you have to be above lv. 90 to recruit him/her. But other than that, yea, it is just like you would with other pokemon. Also, do not use the music box. Just carry it in your inventory. If you use it, Mew cannot join your team. He/she dissappears off the recruit list.
