There's a seed that levels you up by 1 level. They're called Joy Seeds. You can mostly find them in the Kecleon Store in the Pokemon Square.

Like sk8rboy said there is joy seeds that you can use to level up there is also a whole bunch of wonder mail codes for you to get them in the wonder mail FAQ you go down to items then go to joyseed and there are 8 easy missions
