No, it is unlocked, according to rumors by having all legendaries, chansey, lucario rank, have access to all dungeons, all Dojo dungeons complete, and a level 100 pok�mon. Then see if alakazam says anything new or try wish cave.

Dojo registration is pretty much just a legend but, People say that if you get Lucario rank, complete all dojo fights and get Mew and jirachi thene go talk to alakazam or the dojo leader guy and they'll tell you that it's unlocked.
DOJO RESGISTRATION IS REAL. Here is the wonder mail for a mission there. In order to do it you have to get the dungeon but I don't know how. Here is the code,

It's actuly true about the level 100 stuf and hathing all legandaries. Plus you can ask for it as a wish in wish cave

Dont Listen to anything on here it does not exist yes you can get missions for it but you cannot fgo there I have done everything all the rumors say to I have all legendaries I have chansey I have done all dojo mission I have my starter at lvl 100 I have access to all dungeons including event ones oddity cave marvelous sea remains island and fantasy straight and alakazam says the same thing everytime no matter who I talk to him with it is real but not unlockable sorry to all the lucario fans out there that thought you could get him but I know how you feel he is my all time favorite Pokemon no doubt but sorry guys
I think it's an event thingy. Because went to one and it's there. BTW I'm using a real GBA not any emu.
