Groudon, Rayquaza, Deoxys

I have killed Groudon like 10 times but he wont join and the same with Rayquaza and Deoxys. Why wont they join?

Groudon: he has a -10 percent chance of joining:(
Rayquaza: try your body size- remember only six maximum!
Deoxys: same as rayquaza

You have to use recruit ratings to your advantage! Take a friend bow and go alone, incase it is your pokemon's body size. The best chance to recruit would be to have a lvl 90 or more Pokemon and a friend bow. I'm not sure if this just a coincidence or not, but when I fight legendaries, Ithrow gummies until they eat them, and usually that helps recruit them. From: Alexx......
