You will be able to find the Power Bomb after you recieve your fully powered suit. I as of now cannot point out exactly where you find it.

I realised why you asked this question. You want to get out of Chozodia.

Don't you?

Alrightythen when you get the power bomb use one in the glass tunnel you pass through to....

Go from the ship to the ruins.It will crack up and break. At the two sides of the bottom of the place you fall to there are walls that can be cleared away with the power bomb. Follow the left path and you will be out of Chozodia.

The only way to get the power bomb before Chozodia is by hacking. Seriously.
