How can I beat all eight endings?

Here is how you can gather all 8 endings:

1. any level of difficulty, 4+ hours, 16-99% of the items collected
2. normal or hard, 2-4 hours, 16-99% of the items
3. normal or hard, 2 or less hours, 16-99% of the items
4. normal or hard, 2+ hours, 100% of the items
5. normal only, less than 2 hours, 100% of the items
6. hard only, less than 2 hours, 100% of the items
7. normal only, no time limit, 15% or less items
8. hard only, no time limit, 15% or less items

If you beat the game at easy level, it will result in the 1st ending
Since there are 100 items in the game, your % will be the number of items collected
if you are trying for 15% or less, it's good to figure out before hand what items are necessary and which ones are not.
