Which cheat device is better for this game or for any other game? Gameshark or Action Replay? And by better I mean which one has more cheats and which one has the best cheats. Do not make the answer confusing to me please.

I'm not really that sure, but I think Action Replays are a little better.
The action replay has a better chance of the game being unharmed. Gameshark can be unstable, and give the game a virus or freeze it frequently.
I would recommend an Action replay as it's more reliable. I have no idea which one has the MOST cheats however.
