Well thank you for asking me. Well first you go back to The NIghtmare's room. Go all the way to the right side of the room. Shoot the door and run through. After a few seconds, you should speed boost. Keep on speed boosting until you hit a wall and go through. Then stop and go to the next room. Kill the monster in the next room and go through the door on the bottom left side of the room. In the next room you should see a hole with water in it. Jump into the hole and go to the bottom and go to the next room. There will be a few enemies that you will have to fight. After done fighting go to the left side ot the room and there will be a door. Don't go throgh it but turn around and don't stop running. Shoot the door and go through it. Speed boost into two walls and then stop. Keep on going and you will see a bridge leading you to the aqua sector but don't stop running until you get to a hole in the ground, while speed boosting, jump over the hole into a wall. Whem you get through the wall, go to the next room. You should see a room only with water. Go to the door that is right in front of you. Save, then leave. Then jump down all the little holes until you finally hit the bottom. Forget the other rooms you pass while going down. Go into the left door. On the other side defeat the enemies. The X parasites will leave into the next floor. Go left into a tube and shoot some rockets upwards in all spots of the roof of the tunnel. When you shoot at the right place go through the hole.fight the steel fish twice and find a small crevace in the wall on the right side of the room. Jump on it and jump to the top. You will see two monsters that you have to fight. Shoot them with a rocket in the stomache. It will freeze them. Then shoot them in the stomache again and that will kill him. Find a hole in the left side of the room and morph ball into the hole and get to the end of the room. In the next room, you will fight some enemies. After your done fighting go to the left of the room, at the left side of the room you should see to gray boxes on the floor. Morph ball on the boxes and put bombs there. When the bomb explodes go through the hole. On the floor you will see four gray seperated boxes, put a morph ball bomb on the third box. Fall down and put a morph ball exactly where you fell. Fall down and still in morph ball jump to the right. Keep doing it until you go through a hidden hole. Kill the steel fish and then morph ball bomb the gray box. Go through the hole and fall on to the the next gray box. Jump on the ledge and bomb the gray box. Kill the monster, and roll over to the leftthrough the wall and roll on top of the gray box. Bomb the box and go through. Unlock the security lock and go through the red door. Sorry that this is so long but I wanted it to be precise. Hope this helps, good luck bye.
