Question for Metriod Fusion

I'm battling SA-X to get to the Guidence Room, but no can do.

Fusion King's hint dosen't help and the only two things I can think of is use charged shots and don't let it hit you in Screw Attack mode.

I also have a question directed more at the makers of the game: Why is it that SA-X can damage you with regular beams but you have to charge them?!?!?

Hey, ya know something? THat's a good question. One thing I've always wondered is why if I hit the SA-X while using Screw Attack, I get hurt, even if the SA-X isn't using Screw attack itself? Oh, yeah, and the SA-X can hurt me with Screw Attack while I'm idle and it (or she, whatever the gender of the SA-X is) wouldn't get hurt.

Look, I'll give you the easiest way to beat the SA-X, but you have to have Screw Attack in this battle or your not on the right encounter.

Start by charging your beam when you enter the room with the SA-X in it. Then, while holding the charge, go to the upper-left corner of the screen and listen for the infamous explosion the SA-X is well known for doing.

Immediately after the blast, drop all the way to the bottom of the screen, staying as far to the left as possible.Once at the bottom, go all the way to the right, and wait for the SA-X to appear out the left side of the screen. The instant it stops running, shoot it with your fully powered shot- this is the only effective way to hurt the thing.

Then, while charging your beam again, jump over the SA-X and run away for a moment. When it stops running toward you again, fire at it once more with a fully powered blast from your beam. If you do this about 7-10 times, the SA-X will start looking fuzzy and pixelated. Don't worry; The DNA the SA-X is using becomes scrambled once you give it a lot of really powerful blasts from your beam, and it has to keep everything together or the data will depict the wrong thing, resulting in a pixelated image.

Blasting the SA-X about 15 times should cause it to mutate; just fire fully charged blasts so they hit the back of the creature's head and you will be fine, provided that you use Screw Attack when it jumps. After about 5 shots, it will transform into a Core-X. You should know what to do from here.

Simple, charge the beam and space jump to the red door the then the sa-x will attack.shoot it, then drop to the bottom of the room.

Get into this position. The sa-x is in a clear, open area and you are just steps away from it, then, while charging your beam screw attack OVER NOT INTO it, when you land, face and fire the charged beam at he/she/it. Repeat.

After a while it'll mutate, stay out of it's way and fire charged beams at it. Then you'll fight a supercore-x,fight it normally if you want, but my freind told me to hold down B and screw attack it constantly viola you've just beaten the last boss, or is it...?
