I went to acdc hp I couldnt find a guy to trade with justiceone only a prog is there and I need chips 82, 130, 141, and 189 I need bugfrags too I went to virus battling and it takes long I need an another way to get bugfrags please tell me how to get them.

Ok, first you have to complete all previous chip trades. There's one in the water vending machine, then in sky town, then in acdc hp. And here are the chips you need:
82: NeoVari; buy it from a bugfrag trader in SkyArea1 for 80 BugFrags.
130: JustcOne
141: LilBolr3; get it from KettelDX's in the VendingMachineComputer (I have falzar, not gregar, so I don't know which linknavi's computer that is. It's the one in the aquarium.)
189: AntiDmg; get it from mystery data in battles in the underground (either area)
As far as getting bugfrags, I'm sorry, but there's no faster way.
