Chip #82 is NeoVari, you can find it on the bugfrag trader in sky area 1, but I got it from the bugfrag trader machine for 10 bugfrags, but don't risk your bugfrags on that. Chip #154 is Guardian, I forgot where I found it, but I saw it once on a mystery data in sky area 2 where you're about to go to the Undernet, stop right there and go downstair. It might or might not be there, or you can also find it on the mystery data in the judgetree. Sorry if it's too complicated....
