Question for Mega Man Battle Network 6 Cybeast Gregar

Ok I asked this question befor and I couldn't find it in the questions and answers so I'm going to ask again to make sure it works

Ok I'm at the part where megaman need the cyberwater from seaside area 3

But I can't find out how to use torchman because he is my link navi

What do I do?!??!?!?!!!

Go to where Heatman is at and use the computer.

Go to the computer that is next to mr.match,press A and megaman will ask you if you want to use HEATman.
