Besides the time you ask the boy for a DublShot C,you can still recieve one from the Green Town and Sky Town chip traders but you will also need a ton of luck.You can still recieve a different hi-boomer letter code by buying the B code for 5,000 zennys from ACDC Area,or the L code for 9,900 zennys from the Order Service in the shop.Hoped I helped.
