The airshoes are called flotshoes in the customizer and you can buy it from the program seller in green area..1 I think. I know the flotshoes are bought in green area. Also, bodypack I think it's called has flotshoes as one of the 4 things in the pack. And I'm not really sure what you want me to tell you about underground where beast megaman so I can't help you there.
Beast out mega's in Underground 2. But he's NOT a random encountr there(but Colonel IS!!!!)
