Question for Mega Man Battle Network 6 Cybeast Falzar

1.Is there any other way to get energybomb k?if there is please tell me.
2.if you can, tell me a way to beat lvl 4 virus battle prog.
3.last question, can someone tell me where the third versions of scarcrow, hauntedcandle, lilboiler, puffy, and the chip that is numbered 130 please.

The best stratagy I used is with the heatdrn and quaker if you don't have those use headya and killereye and I think you find scarcrow in the grave yard area and I think you get hauntedcandle there to then you get lilboiler in the green area chip trader do it a few times and puffy 3 is in the grave yard to and 130 is justice one j hope I helped
