How much times can you fight Bass and where?
I find him only 1 time at Undernet+Zero.
Some people says that there is also a second Bass.

Well you fight with Bass in Undernet Zero (Bass), in Graveyard Area (Bass SP) and Underground 2 (Bass BX) But before you fight against Bass BX you�ll have to defeat Beast Megaman SP. So I'll tell how to defeat Bass.
Make a folder with many water chips and make Spout/Aqua Cross because it charges in 1 second and it doubles the attack power of water chips and they heal you a little, and some times they'll froze Bass for a few seconds that will give you a change to attack him. Be very careful with his attacks because they'll take you almost 300HP or even more, so put a Life Aura (n�184) on your folder, and put on your navi customizer undershot "it keeps 1HP even on hard hit".
