Hey there guys, I need to get 1 more standerd chip so I can have all 200 standerd chips and fight bass again, it is LilBolr3 number 141 in the library, can anyone tell me how to get it, and can someone tell me how to preform all the P.A.(Program Advance), so if someone can please tell me how to do all the P.A.'s.

An easy way if you ask me go to the battle chip trader in green town. Put ten in and hopefully you get one it didnt take me or my brother many tries. (Good luk)
