To get the beast seal you have to beat the game then after look at the corner of your game boy and you will see the beast seal and next the mark of an S stands for 200 standard chips if you get all the 200 hundred standard chip to open the door to fight bass sp but to fight him you have to fight bass in green area 2 go behind the tree and it will say enter the pit say yes then keep going until you get to a small brige first save your game cause he is tough 4 begginers thumbs if that help
