Did you trade the chip in a chi trader? If so, just talk to tab (the chip shop owner) and pick the order service. It should be avalible. If that doesn`t work...randomly fight in the starting areas such as the cenrtal and sea side areas. I got like 15 bouble shot things in 2 hours. So have fun battling or buying!
I get alot ofdouble shots in chip trader so try your luck to get it back.
you can get justcOne from the bugfrag trader in underground 2, your gonna need a lot of bugfrags, it wont give away rank 5 chips lightly.
