And I do not know how to get super vulcan battlechip.

You get it from the virus battler 5 machine in central area 1 after beating the other 4, or from the bug frag trader in underground2.it's easier to get it from the bug frag trader.Heres the locations of the virus battlers:
V1:robo dog in front of aster land in Central Town
V2:water machine in behind the mermaid statue in Seaside Town
V3:punishment chair in jail underneath Green Town
V4:oxygen tanks in Sky Town in the main room
V5:Central Area 1.Go to the teleporter by the Net Cafe and there should be a gold Mister Prog waiting there.
If you go for the virus battle machines make sure you have alot of viruses like darkmech or heat dragon but for v2 elertic viruses work the best and the last one use water and thunder cause blastman is your last oppenet use dark mech cause he has a meteuar
