Question for Mega Man Battle Network 5: Team Colonel

Can anyone tell me how to get the program airshoes and how to get more money without the millions program or action replay cheats?

For program airshoes, you must use Nebila ID to unlock the purple gate in End Area 4.

For Nebila ID : Go to Oran Isle , look around outside the mines, you will see somewhere up there is an Ex-Nebula member who will give you his ID for 2000 Zenny. This ID will unlock doors with purple skull marks on them.
