Umm go through all the other undernets adn the liberation missions. Then defeat the five brothers (black navis) and go to that door and they should open it up for you. It could take a whie. It's kinda hard.

Nope you all guys are wrong Under net 6 and under net 5 are overiden by Nebula Erea 1 and Nebula Erea 2 also he has to collect "Special Frag"wich mean the evil chips that cause bugs and be dark if your a light soul user then collect bug frags EQUAL to the unmber of chips you have
