What are the 5 giga chips and the secret chips and how do i find them?

How do I get into Black Earth, where do i find the evil chips and what are their names?

The answer for the 5 giga chips is on the question above

And the secret chips, well, you get one of those en the lotto number trader at higsby's
And I read that you get the other secret chips at the free tournaments at higsby's
