Well he will give you some memo or something right? So after that go to town area 3 right past the net dealer up the ramp talk to him and he will give you another hint this time go to the place you battled with shademan then talk to the 3rd mr prog on the right he will give you a present it's 3 virus after that he has you collect 5 pieces of data all over the web and thats where I am in the game so I can't help you any further hope this helped
