You can't, the only way to use dark chips is to have your emotion as worried. The way to be worried is to get hit a lot without hitting back.

to get the first dark chip you have to beet the blue moon/red sun tornoument and then you will go to naxa then a navi will go and block the net so you can't go to yumland to netfrica and so on when you beet the navi he will explode then you go back to naxa and you will get the chip BLUE MOON

If you're talking about the ones you need to enter black earth, three of them are a 10 battle sequence with navis in Under5 after you defeat Forte. One you have to get by S-ranking an Elemperor EX. I'm not sure about the other
