Hi, I'm completely new at this and can't find Mettaur Village. I talked to both the guys and i still cant find it!

Go to electown and jack in the big screen on the second floor.
Go to electown got where the stairs are and go up. then go to elec town 2 stay up top and the follow the wall, keep pressing L and then you'll jack in and its should be called LCD comp.
Then go north west of the way megaman's facing.
