Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon

I need a lot of help. When I just begin the Den City tournament I have to find these ghost navis. Where are they?

And in my second game, when I beat aquaman, I get this folder with sucky chips. What do I do next?

1. You don't need to find them. I know topman is the bottom 3rd from the left deadend in town 2. Not sure where others are.

2. You go to castillo.
