To get Bugstop you will need the Nebula CD. This is located in Undernet 4 but first you have to do some things. First head to Undernet 4 and find Django near a coffin. Talk to him and he will tell you that he needs his S.Sensor and that he lost it in Undernet 2.

Go and talk to the navi at the entrance to Undernet 2 and he will tell you that a navi stole it and ran to Undernet 6. Go there and find the right navi and then you can buy the S.Sensor for 10000z.

Take it back to Django and talk to him. If you did not jack in at a place outside then you will have to jack out, find a place outside, and then go all the way back to Django.

A cut scene will then happen in which Shademan gets defeated by Piledriver. Then Django and Otenko will leave but not before giving you a Gun Del Sol 3 chip. After that check the coffin that Shademan was in and you will find the the Nebula CD will be in it.

Take that to ACDC 1 to unlock the door and claim Bugstop. This can also be used on all of the other skull doors to get the items behind them.
