Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon

Yeah I need the C-Slider again...i forgot where I got it in the first 2 games...can anyone tell me how to get it and where? I currently have 2 parts: the BoardPart and the JetPart...im missing one piece...and I don't know where it's from. Can anyone answer this? Thnx in advance.

You can't see him but press A under it
And he will talk.
