Does any one know were to go when you have to get the data for the guy to finish part of the primarys?

Depends on which data

For the mettaur village, you have to go to the highest spot in electown and jack in to the t.v

For the gold bug, one will be on the branch in the park in acdc,
The other one will be inside yai's house.
