These are parst of mini-quests and you will only need them if you are set to fight a sertain person in the tournaments. Unless you have to fight them next in the tourneys you won't need them, and it'll explain when you do.

PS, those doors only need to be opened when you fight people from the different version. You can do that by linking with someone who has Red Sun and using the Waiting room and Reseption parts.
