Sorry, wrong game. You can't get Muramasa in: Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon.

Sorry about that, please write more clearly. Well, you need S-ID, which you get by getting every regular chip, to battle Bass, who imprisoned them in a statue and will get released after you beat him. Then go to Undernet 6 and there you go.

P.S.: I am missing 3 chips; grabrevenge, antielec and antiaqua to get to Bass.
