Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon

I found Bass in U-Net ( Undernet), but I need that code or card to open the door blocking him.

Does anybody know where it is?

Is it the Nebula card?

PLEASE HELP !!!!

You need to get all 150 standard chips. Oh and Bass is Super hard.

You get a giga chip for defeating him.

So it is worth it !
