Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon

I have 2 questions about MMBN4 Blue Moon:

1:What to do after you have brought de S.sensor to Django and otenko???
Django says de thing wont work without sunlight.
2:How do I get to Under 5????

It's actually pretty obvious. I had trouble at first 2. to get sunlight, you must jack in from outside.

Get to Undernet 5 from Undernet 2 (might be 3, I don't remember...)
