I can't find the cheif's navi plz help me

ok,well, i dont quite know which person you mean, so ill do both: If you are looking for the CHEIF navi of the old netbattler's club (when you are helping tensuke), he is easy to find. Just jack into lan's pc and use the warp point the get to the net. The CHEIF is in the room that is blocked by the door right outside Lan's warp point. From the warp point, just walk a few steps and look to the right, towards the door. The CHEIF is behind that door.
Now, if you are looking for the CHEF's navi (when you fight Flave the chef), his door is right out side a warp point in park area 2. The warp point it is near is the one that sould bring you close to park area 3.
