First off, watch out for Bass Omega, he hangs around here. Anyway, you should head down the path with the mirrors. You'll fight Dark Navis that can use battlechips you have used as well as their own attacks. Eventually you will reach a large mirror and fight Megaman DS. Winning earns you the HubBatch and Soul Clean programs. If you go the way without the mirrors, you can get a few battlechips, and it leads to the bug trader.
