more exp, memory

I need more navi cust space,,, I beat the game, and all the data seems to be coming back,, so does that mean the exp mem, comes bak too. And also how do I get to the under net

Well, about the navi cust I dun know. But to get to under net. You must have C-slider, but I forget where to find the ingredient.I only remember 2. First at town area 1 under the high place( near numberman place) second is at ACDC 3.

The third is in Yumland area under one of the raised walkways.
