Question for Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon

Hi, I have two questions, could you please answer them:

1. In the Coldman thing, what chip is needed fo the one that says ' C - Right behind it rise the flames of the beast. ' ?

2. Also in the Coldman thing, what Net area is the 'Weather' virus that does 'Heatbreath' ?

Well, you pretty much answered your own question.

For the satelite chip, it is Heatbreath.
And the Weather virus is in the Sharo area.
