How do you get the C-slider parts that are in Electopia. (ACDC area ,Town area, Park area)?!

The C-slider parts are the wingpart in Yumland under the bridge. The boardpart in town three under the bridge from the Parkland1 area and the jetpart from the bride (pink navi, and it's the one to the left side) in town 2.
